The location of this hotel is excellent-very close to the lift to Snejanka tower and the Studenetz Ski Centre. The rooms during our 4 day stay were spacious, comfortable and clean. The staff were friendly and provided good service. The basic amenities were provided, and breakfast in the morning was satisfactory.
All was fine, no major issues.

The location of this hotel is excellent, as it is right next to the slopes and just near the lifts. It is also conveniently close to the ski hire shop and ski area, with easy access to après-ski bars and the chair lift. The rooms are warm, clean, and spacious enough for families with kids. The beds are extremely comfortable and the hotel provides basic amenities.
All was ok; nothing significant to improve.

It kept our little one entertained for hours with fun activities and games.
For dads, it would be great if there were more family-friendly amenities available.

During my Christmas stay, what I liked the most about this hotel was its prime location close to the ski center, which made it very convenient for skiing enthusiasts. Additionally, the restaurant had fantastic food and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. One other benefit was that the rooms were very clean and comfortable, which made for a great stay.
During my stay, there were a few negative aspects to it such as the limited variety of breakfast options offered throughout my stay. Furthermore, the spa center was quite small and we had to pay for bath robes, which was not convenient. Finally, I had an issue with some of the staff being rude, which caused a negative experience at one of the hotel's restaurants.

We spent Christmas at a hotel close to the ski lift. the location was perfect, as we could easily strap on our ski gear and hit the slopes. the staff was friendly and always willing to help. the breakfast was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. We especially enjoyed the homemade pastries and coffee.
The room was a bit too warm, even with the heating off. We also noticed that some guests were not very considerate, leaving their belongings scattered around the common areas, making it difficult to move around.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location couldn't be better, as it was practically on the ski slopes, making it convenient for West Europeans like me. The room was very clean and cozy, and the bathroom was spotless. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially the receptionist. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide range of options to choose from. The view from the hotel was breathtaking, especially when walking down to and up from Smolyan Lakes. I also enjoyed the potted flowers outside, which added a lovely touch to the ambiance. a great value for money experience.
The restaurant was quite small and there were limited tables available, which could be an inconvenience during peak times.
